For homes deserving their own holiday story — this is where the magic happens.
We’ll design a completely custom installation around your architecture, aesthetic, and budget, creating a one-of-a-kind display that feels effortless, festive, and uniquely yours. Whether you envision classic red and green, wintry neutrals, or modern metallics, we’ll tailor every detail to complement your space.
Perfect if you have an existing vision or decor pieces you’d like to incorporate — from wreaths and lanterns to cherished figurines. We’re happy to build around what you already own, using thoughtfully sourced greens and decorative accents to bring your vision to life.
All fresh materials are yours to keep and enjoy throughout the season. Select decor rentals — such as oversized bells, nutcrackers, outdoor presents — may be rented through Gold Coast Stoops. For these designs, pickup of all rented items in January is included in your package price.
Pricing: Packages start at $500+ for custom design, fresh materials, and installation. A $100 design fee is included in your total and covers your personalized deck, palette curation, and proposal. A $250 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit is applied toward your final invoice (including the design fee), with the remaining balance due prior to installation.
Please note: Gold Coast Stoops specializes in ground-level and entryway styling. We do not provide roofline lighting or elevated exterior installations. The top of your door frame is the maximum height we’re able to decorate.
