Our spring window boxes feature a curated mix of cold-tolerant seasonal flowers and trailing greenery selected to thrive in Chicago’s early spring weather.
Each planting includes fresh soil and a thoughtfully layered design using premium blooms like pansies, violas, ranunculus, hyacinth, dusty miller, and cascading ivy for texture and movement.
Because these flowers are designed for cooler temperatures, they typically last 6–8 weeks before warmer summer heat arrives.
Spring window boxes are perfect for welcoming the season after winter and bridging the gap until summer planting begins.

$50 per foot installed

Spring flowers are selected for their ability to tolerate cooler temperatures and early frosts. As Chicago transitions into summer warmth, these blooms naturally fade, making way for our Summer Window Boxes later in May and June.
